VPS Small Calibre Drilling Jig
PROTOTYPA VPS Small Calibre Drilling Jig serves for the drilling of take-off holes into the rifle, pistol or shotgun cartridges up to calibre 12 for the pressure measuring provided by piezo-electric pressure measurement or by Copper crushers.
Technical description of the VPS drilling jig:
- VPS is one purpose drilling equipment
- For each calibre is produced appropriate modification of VPS
- Manufactured chamber for inserting of cartridge case
- Position mark and groove for extractor
- Bullet catcher with holes for leak of expanding gases and protective tube for guidelines gases
- Replaceable drilling bushing fixed on the top of body
- Distances from the breech lever face accordance with C.I.P. standard
- Drilling bushing diameter 2 mm for pistol and rifle cartridges
- Drilling bushing diameter 3 mm for shotgun cartridges
- Drill stop for rim fired cartridges (22 Long Rifle, 22 Short and 22 Win. Mag.)
- Base plate for attach to pedestal drill
