PROTOTYPA SAU-4UT Signal Acquisition Unit with Programmable Trigger Outputs is a device intended for digitizing of analogue signals from sensors and triggering of following measurement and recording devices. The typical application is triggering of a high-speed camera or flash-light for taking photograph of projectile.

Main features of SAU-4UT:

  • Designed as a closed equipment remotely controlled by a PC via Ethernet, USB or wireless interface 802.11 Wi-Fi.
  • Four acquisition channels consist of an analogue input and digital output.
  • Two independents internal PTU modules (Programmable Triggering Unit) that ensure the timing and generation of the output triggering signals.
  • User routing of internal PTU modules inputs/outputs to physical input/output of acquisition channels.
  • Easy adaptation to the application requirements by presenting of parameters defining operating mode, acquisition of input events and the timing of output trigger pulses.
  • Enables acquisition of input signals.
  • Two operational modes of timing (Delay/Interval).
  • Utility program module integrated into the environment of BMS system (Ballistic Measurement System).
